Lanier Australia will not accept any liability for negligence, loss of profit or loss of data, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law in respect of a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee.

All warranty claims must be directed to your place of purchase and proof of purchase must be supplied in the event of any warranty claim.

If you buy goods from Lanier as a consumer, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
