@Remote is a completely secure, truly automated, ready-to-use service that enables sophisticated device relationship management on a single device up to an enterprise-wide scale.  It’s a self-contained, maintenance-free network appliance that queries devices and collects operational data from connected MFDs and printers, including Lanier and non-Lanier hardware, and automatically pushes the data stream out over the internet to a secure Customer Portal, where device utilisation data can be accessed by our customers.  This data can be exported and manipulated to determine fleet running costs and usage patterns.

When installed on your network @Remote will:

• Auto-discover connected MFP’s and Laser Printers
• Monitors up to 500 devices per appliance
• Read meters – copy, print, fax, scan
• Read Serial #, Vendor name, Model Name, IP Address
• Colour & B&W, Page sizes, Mode, Finishing, Supplies status
• Machine failure status, PM status
• Obtain data to allow you to create:
  • Automated Meter information
  • Fleet Utilization reporting
• Functionality depends on device type
