November - 09   Lanier Australia is awarded "Best Service Performer" in the Asia Pacific region

 

At a recent Ricoh regional service Managers meeting in Singapore Lanier Australia was awarded best performing service team in the Asia Pacific and Oceania region. The criteria for the award covered a range of targets including ;

 

- Call avoidance ratio

- First time Fix 

- Mean copies between Breakdown 

- Service Quality Index

 

Service has evolved from simply tracking response times says the National Service Manager Andrew Jeffress , with some of the programs we have implemented like PCCP Lanier Australia offers  a more pro-active approach to service, throw in our web based @remote monitoring and reporting tool and we have all our clients service and support needs covered, this inturn improves our clients uptime and workflow productivity.
