The Basic level of service gives you the security of knowing that your network is fully monitored and any issues are actioned within a timeframe that won’t impact your business. We recommend the basic level of service for systems that are important but not critical to your organisation. You will receive: remote network monitoring, scheduled patch updates, general computer cleanup and monthly reports on the health of your network.

The Plus level of service provides the ability to remotely manage hardware devices connected to the network including: operating system updates, disk utilisation, management alerts, system inventory and monthly reports on network health. You will also have the added advantage of establishing monitoring threshold alerts customised to your business needs. The Plus package also features the Lanier iTS ticketing system which will send your support request, with just one click, straight to the iTS engineers who will then liaise directly with you.

The Premium level of service is the ultimate service level in remote monitoring and gives you the reassurance that we are pro-actively monitoring your systems for all possible issues that could impact your business. We will attend onsite for breakfix maintenance of WindowsTM OS based workstations and servers, deliver patch management, network policies/policy enforcement and 3rd party software updates. Lanier iTS will also create a one year technology plan for your business which will allow you to budget for all the costs associated with any changes or upgrades to your network. The Premium package contains a detailed executive summary on the health of your network, active licenses and system inventory. The Premium service package is designed for the power users within your organisation, and wherever where uptime is paramount.
